Set with one Old European and two old single cut diamonds, and four natural calibre cut sapphires in a 14k white gold mounting. There is also a lovely wheat pattern engraved on the gallery and shoulders! This would make a lovely alternative style engagement ring! Currently size 7. 75 and can be resized as needed. One
